LINK Mobility - New share capital registered

Oslo, 17 November: Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (the "Company" and together with its consolidated subsidiaries "LINK") on 16 November 2020 regarding LINK's acquisition of WebSMS in Austria.

In connection with the acquisition of WebSMS, the Company issued a total of 3,512,299 new shares (the "Consideration Shares"), each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005, at a subscription price of NOK 47.00 per share. The share capital increase pertaining to the Consideration Shares have today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the issuance of the new shares, the share capital of the Company is NOK 1,354,555.195, comprising 270,911,039 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005. Each share represents one vote at the Company's general meeting.
