Rugz AS, a company closely associated with the chairman of the board of directors Jens Rugseth, has today purchased 250,000 shares at a price per share of NOK 42.97. Following the transaction Jens Rugseth controls 16 445 105 shares in the company, which equals approximately 6.04% of the shares in the company.
