LINK Mobility: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) on 31 May 2021 regarding the resolved share capital increase in connection with the acquisition of approximately 81% of the shares in the Italian mobile communications company AMM S.p.A.

The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of LINK is NOK 1,369,126.325 comprising 273,825,265 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
