LINK Mobility: Successful placement of senior unsecured bond tap issue

Oslo, 16 June 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 14 June 2021 by LINK Mobility (LINK), one of Europe's leading providers of mobile messaging and CPaaS solutions, regarding a contemplated potential acquisition and EUR bond tap issue.

LINK has today successfully completed the issuance of EUR 170 million new bonds in LINK's outstanding 5-year senior unsecured fixed rate bond issue (ISIN: NO0010911506), raising the total outstanding amount to EUR 370 million. The bond issue received strong demand from high quality institutional investors. Settlement is expected to be 23 June 2021 and the bonds were issued at a price of 100% of par.

The new bonds will be issued under a separate ISIN NO0011032344 and an application will be made for the new bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs within 3 months after which the two ISINs will be merged where NO0010911506 will be the surviving ISIN. The net proceeds from the bond tap issue are expected to be applied to part finance the contemplated acquisition and for general corporate purposes.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Danske Bank, Norwegian Branch acted as Joint Managers and Bookrunners in connection with the placement of the bond tap issue. AGP Advokater AS acted as legal advisor to LINK and Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS acted as legal advisor to the Joint Managers and Bookrunners.
