Mandatory notification of trade

Sevencs AS, owned by primary insider Rune Syversen and board observer at LINK Mobility, has today bought 500,000 LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA shares at an average price of NOK 19,66 per share.

After the above-mentioned transaction, Rune Syversen controls 500,000 shares in LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA. In addition, Rune Syversen indirectly holds shares in LINK Mobility through Sevencs AS ownership in Karbon Invest AS.
