LINK Mobility - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) on 3 June 2022 regarding the resolved share capital increase in connection with the employee share purchase program (ESPP).

The share capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of LINK is now NOK 1,474,201.905 comprising 294,840,381 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote at general meetings and each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
