LINK Mobility - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (LINK) on 5 June 2023 regarding a board resolved share capital increase in accordance with the share purchase program (ESPP).

A share capital increase of NOK 873.46 has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of LINK is NOK 1,480,324.99, divided into 296,064,998 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
