LINK Mobility - New share capital registered

Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA ("LINK Mobility") on 1 March 2024 regarding the resolved share capital increase in connection with exercise of LTIs under the 2022 LTIP.

The share capital was increased with NOK 8,235.815 by issuance of 1,647,163 new shares, and has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of LINK Mobility is NOK 1,493,532.170 divided into 298,706,434 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.005.
