LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA - Announcement of fixed income meetings
LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA has mandated ABG Sundal Collier, Arctic Securities, Danske Bank and Nordea as joint bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing today, 2 June 2025. A new EUR-denominated senior unsecured 5.5-year floating rate bond issue may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.
Net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue will be used to refinance existing debt.
In connection with the contemplated bond issue, the company will offer a conditional buy-back of its outstanding LINK01 bond (ISIN NO0010911506) due 15 December 2025. Subject to completion of the contemplated bond issue, the company will call the remaining net outstanding amount of LINK01 in whole at the prevailing call price.
In connection with the contemplated new bond issue, LINK has received commitment from Nordea for a new EUR 65 million revolving credit facility ("RCF"). The RCF will be available for general corporate purposes including acquisitions and investments and will enhance the group's financial flexibility.
