Subsidiary companies

LINK Mobility Group is a Norwegian based company. LINK Mobility is also very much a European company, with many subsidiary companies located across Europe, with employees hired in them that may have access to Client and Client transferred Personal Data.

LINK ensures that intercompany processing of personal data is in line with the applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

Use of subprocessors

For the purpose of providing services for Clients, LINK Mobility uses subprocessors. Subprocessors assist in providing the Services towards Clients. LINK Mobility Group services multiple systems used by the subsidiaries to which the Group Subprocessors list can apply.

Data storage locations

Our main processing and data storage facilities are located within the European Union and location may differ according to the service used. Any transfer of Personal Data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA) can be made only upon such an explicit instruction of the Client.
